1. What you purchase
A non-exclusive licence to use Halloween Ventana Maldita and the included controller on channels you manage. Install the purchased version on your computers, keep private copies and use the results in livestreams, videos and clips, including monetized content. The licence for that version does not expire at the end of Halloween. Purchase does not transfer authorship or grant exclusive rights to the design.
2. Customization and collaborators
Change settings, images and sounds for your own use. You must have the necessary rights to files you add. You may give private access to a person helping configure your channels; this does not grant them a licence for other channels or permit redistribution. A permanent on-stream credit is not required; retain notices in the files and documentation.
3. Distribution and third-party usage
The product licence does not permit reselling, giving away, publishing, sublicensing or redistributing the ZIP, configurator, exported HTML, controller or modified versions. They may not be supplied within templates, packs or services for independent clients. Each independent creator needs their own licence. Rights granted by third-party licences remain in force: these restrictions do not replace or reduce applicable CC0, OFL or BSD permissions.
4. Delivery and requirements
Purchase takes place at CJGimenez's Ko-fi shop, whose owner acts as seller. The total price and the seller's identification and contact details must be available before payment. ZIP access is provided through the purchase confirmation or download links. Keep your receipt and a private backup. The controller requires 64-bit Windows; the guide explains the 1920 × 1080 Browser source for OBS or Streamlabs. Hardware, a streaming account and a Stream Deck plugin are not included.
5. Scope of alerts
The package includes seven alert designs and manual controls with DEMO buttons. Automatic reception of real Twitch and Kick events through Streamlabs is in validation and is not offered as a verified real-account integration. It depends on internet access, the provider and linked accounts. DEMO buttons do not generate follows, subscriptions or payments. No validation date is promised.
6. Support and updates
Basic support covers setup guidance and product troubleshooting through soporte@streams.cjgimenez.com or the shop contact. Include your order and describe the problem without sending keys. Custom work, remote installation and general OBS or streaming training are not included. A fixed response time or lifetime new features are not promised. This does not limit corrections or updates required to maintain conformity, or the seller's other legal obligations.
7. Withdrawal and purchase problems
For EU consumers, this edition retains a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from purchase; we do not require you to waive it to download. Communicate your decision to support or the shop, identifying the order. You may use the sample form below. Rights concerning non-delivery or lack of conformity remain independently applicable under the relevant law. There is no general exclusion of returns simply because the files are digital. If the contract is terminated with a refund, stop using the product and delete copies received under this licence, keeping purchase and complaint records.
8. Personal files and external services
The configurator processes your images and sounds on your computer and embeds them in your settings and exported HTML. Sharing those files also shares their contents. Optional event connections communicate with Streamlabs; Ko-fi and payment providers handle purchases under their own terms. CJ Streams is independent of Twitch, Kick, Streamlabs and OBS; their trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Authorship and buyer rights
The included illustrations were created with image-generation tools during development. Animations, composition and controller icons were created for the project. External resources retain their credits and licences in the LICENCIAS folder and the audio and font documentation. These terms apply alongside the purchase listing and do not reduce mandatory buyer rights. Future changes to terms do not retroactively change your purchase.
