What to know about the overlays, purchases and support.
Purchase and usage
Is this a subscription?
No. Each overlay is a one-time purchase. CJ Streams does not charge a monthly fee to use the version you bought.
Can I use it on a monetized channel?
Yes. The licence allows the overlay in your own livestreams and recordings, including monetized content. It does not allow resale, redistribution or sharing the files with other people.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Each product includes a visual configurator: customize it, export the HTML and add it to your scene as a Browser source in OBS Studio or Streamlabs.
Do viewers need to log in here?
No. The overlays use participation in the channel's chat. This portal does not have user accounts or request Twitch or Kick passwords.
Can I return a digital download?
Applicable consumer rights apply. The specific purchase and digital delivery terms are shown on Ko-fi before payment.
How do I contact support?
Email soporte@streams.cjgimenez.com with the product, version, whether you use OBS or Streamlabs, and the steps to reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords or stream keys.
Will there be more overlays?
Yes. The portal can grow, and releases are announced on Ko-fi without a fixed schedule.

Can I buy it now?
Yes. The purchase button is on its product page. Payment and download are handled by Ko-fi.
Which platforms does it support?
Twitch and Kick, including both at once, using a Browser source in Streamlabs or OBS Studio. Version 1.0 was tested in real Streamlabs livestreams with Twitch and Kick; version 2.0.1 retains that base.
Does it detect every viewer?
No. Presence is based on signals received by the overlay, not an exact list of everyone watching. Alerts depend on events delivered by each service and the channel's configuration.
Does the demo connect to my channel?
No. It uses simulated names and characters, does not request credentials and does not connect to Twitch or Kick. Try the characters, seats, objects, celebrations and curtains.
Is the product-page image the actual overlay?
No. It is a promotional illustration using the product artwork. See the actual overlay in the video and interactive demo.
Do viewers need to do anything?
Very little. With factory settings, they take a seat using !join or !sentarse; if the streamer enables Sit When Chatting, simply typing brings them in. Changing outfits (!personaje chica / !personaje chico), throwing objects (!tirar) and waving (!hey) are optional. The streamer can rename or disable every command.
What changed since version 1.0?
Characters with bodies and walking entrances, five seat styles instead of three, nine rings, throws aimed at other viewers, five celebrations, curtain stages, chat room controls and a file six times smaller. Existing owners can load their mi-cine.html into the new configurator to keep their settings.

How much does it cost and where can I buy it?
€24.90 minimum, pay what you want, one-time purchase. The purchase button is on the product page; purchase and download through Ko-fi.
What exactly adds time?
On Twitch: subscription tiers, gifted subscriptions, Bits and follows when your account is connected. On Kick: subscriptions, gifted subscriptions, KICKs and follows. Choose each event's value and show it on the rules sign.
Do I need the controller or a Stream Deck?
No. The overlay works independently and can be controlled with 11 chat commands. The included Windows controller and Stream Deck plugin add controls on a second screen or physical keys.
Does it work on Mac?
Use the overlay and configurator with OBS Studio or Streamlabs Desktop. The controller and Stream Deck plugin require Windows 10 or 11.
Does it collect donations or support YouTube?
No. It does not collect Ko-fi, Streamlabs, StreamElements or other donations, provide contribution rankings or end credits, or connect to YouTube.
What if I change settings during a subathon?
With the controller or Stream Deck running, changes synchronize with OBS or Streamlabs within a couple of seconds. Otherwise, export tiempo-extra.html again and replace the previous file. Your timer is preserved in either case.
Will the controller get in the way while gaming?
No. Global hotkeys only respond to combinations you choose, and the Hotkeys control disables them all when needed. Keep the controller on a second screen or enable Always on Top.
Can I reposition modules while streaming?
Yes. Keep the controller or Stream Deck running, then move or hide the timer, wheel, challenge or any module in the preview to update OBS or Streamlabs while live. Change frames, backgrounds and fonts in the configurator.
Do updates cost extra?
No. CJ Streams Control notifies you when new frames, controller skins or features are available and installs them with a button, preserving your settings. It is a one-time purchase.
Which languages are included?
Configurator and controller: Spanish, English, Chinese, Hindi and Japanese. The plugin follows the Stream Deck application language: Spanish, English, Chinese or Japanese. Manuals are available in all five.
