General terms of use for CJ Streams overlays. The licence included with each product details the terms for the version purchased.

Permitted use

Use the purchased version on channels you manage, including monetized livestreams, videos and clips. Customize it for your own use and keep private backups.

The licence does not permit

Reselling, giving away, sublicensing or redistributing the package, its files or modified versions.
Sharing the ZIP, configurator, exported overlay, controller or plugin for other people to use.
Including them in paid or free packs, templates, third-party installation services or products delivered to other customers.
Claiming them as your own creation or removing authorship and licence notices from the files.

Third-party software, resources and services

Components with their own licences retain their terms, supplied with the product where applicable. Twitch, Kick, Streamlabs, OBS Studio and Stream Deck are trademarks of their respective owners. CJ Streams is an independent project and is not affiliated with them.

Your rights as a buyer

These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law, including conformity and withdrawal rights. Commercial terms appear on the Ko-fi purchase page and in the documentation supplied with the product.
